Does IntraGrants guarantee funding?

No. IntraGrants does not guarantee funding, approval or any award decision, and no feature of the product should be read as implying one. Every decision rests with the funder. What IntraGrants does is help you find opportunities you may qualify for and prepare a complete, well-organised application on time.

Is my application reviewed by a human before submission?

Not by us. IntraGrants does not submit applications for you, and no one at Intracov reviews or approves your application. You review everything yourself and submit it through the funder's own process. Where AI assistance drafts text, that draft is working material for you to check, edit and take responsibility for.

Can I use IntraGrants without any other subscription?

Yes. IntraGrants is a standalone product with its own account and its own front door. You do not need an IntraAgents subscription, or any other Intracov product, to use it.

What happens to my data?

Your funding profile, drafts and uploaded documents are yours. They are stored to run the product for you — matching opportunities, keeping drafts and tracking deadlines — and are not sold. If you ask us to delete your account data, we will.

Where do the grant opportunities come from?

Accepted Answer

Opportunities are drawn from funders' own published calls and public sources. Each one records its source and the date it was last checked. Funders change deadlines and requirements without notice, so always confirm the details against the funder's own posting before you rely on them.

Does the AI assistant do anything beyond grants?

No. Inside IntraGrants, the assistant is scoped to grant work: researching opportunities, answering eligibility questions, helping prepare an application and keeping track of progress. It is not a business workforce, a CRM or a marketing tool.

Can several people work on the same application?

Applications, documents and deadlines are organised per account so the work stays in one place rather than scattered across inboxes. If you need specific team arrangements, get in touch and tell us what your organisation needs.
